The return of @lucasmauro has already been an eventful one. At the beginning of the year, he scored against Hertha BSC and St. Louis City during our friendlies.
A recent UCF graduate he is ready to make this summer his best yet with the Buffalo.

@lucasmauro strikes again, literally ???? with focused effort throughout the game, and with a beautiful goal, he is once more our Man of the Match.
Again! Man of the match @lucasmauro was focused from the first minute to the last. He kept encouraging his teammates to switch the play quickly to create more chances to score.
Even after 3 goals he pushed as if we needed another goal for the win. You wouldn’t know it by watching him that it was the final minutes of the game. He kept pushing, passing, and asking for the ball as if it was the very beginning.
He also scored a very nice goal by dribbling Brevard’s defender and placing the ball on the opposite side of their goalkeeper.
Lucas Mauro created several dangerous opportunities offensively and score both of our goals. With strong in 1v1 situations and constantly looking to help defend, he is Man of the Match for our first playoff game.

The second game of the season for The Villages SC was against Brevard SC. In the 54th minute, Lucas Mauro scored. His actions throughout the entire game earned him the title of Man of the Match.

JUNIOR (2022)
- Played in 12 of UCF’s matches, starting in 10, while playing in 613 minutes
- Was the team’s fourth leading scorer with six points, recording two goals and two assists
- Scored a goal from 30 yards out, clanking the ball off the bar and in in UCF’s 4-0 win over Temple (9/17)
- Punched in a penalty kick goal against South Florida (11/2)
- Assisted both goals in the Knights’ upset victory over No. 13 Charlotte (10/21), Mauro’s first multi-assist performance in his career
- Tallied 12 shot attempts with six of them being on target
SOPHOMORE (2021)
- Named to the American Athletic Conference All-Rookie Team.
