pluck·y – ˈpləkē/
adjective: having or showing determined courage in the face of difficulties.

That’s what US Soccer said about our team after our Lamar Hunt US Open Cup “Play-in” game. We had a hard-fought battle against the Jacksonville Armada FC. The difficulty faced in the first half was expected due to having only a few days of practice together. We were able to come back to the second half and even up the game. A great long-pass from Gabriel Cabral, a beautiful assist from Leonardo Paiva, and an excellent finish from Gabriel Torres. The final score was Brave SC* 1 x 2 Jacksonville Armada FC.
